Print Planning Administrator

The Mountain Warehouse Commercial Retail team is responsible for planning & delivery of all promotional activity in 400+ Mountain Warehouse stores globally. It also produces all print marketing collateral for products & brand launches in stores.

The Print Planning Administrator will provide administrative support to the Print Marketing team, assisting on a variety of tasks where needed. This will include managing critical paths, building print orders, collating information & maintaining databases.

This role requires strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within tight deadlines. This role requires a strong communicator who is interested in marketing & print and is eager to get ahead in a creative and dynamic environment working for a growing high street retailer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Print Marketing team with briefing, production, and delivery of printed marketing material
  • Support the Print Marketing Planner and Assistant with print allocations for monthly global print runs
  • Manage New Store Critical Path ensuring timely delivery of launch POS
  • Maintaining artwork information on all relevant platforms as and when required
  • Supply artwork and promotional material to support internal communications of upcoming promotions
  • Monitor team inbox for receipt of store queries; collating requests to pass to the Print Marketing Coordinator and Assistant, resolving or escalating issues as necessary, and responding.
  • Placing orders with print companies and coordinating delivery
  • Raising, filing, and tracking all Purchase Orders for print production
  • Manage the distribution list of retail centres for supplying planned promotional material
  • Supply artwork and promotional material to external parties on request
  • Support stores with local marketing requests
  • Performing ‘comp’ shops and competitor analysis, keeping abreast of retail trends and market developments
  • Supporting the wider Product Marketing Team with other tasks as and when required

We would like to meet someone who is

  • Excellent written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Meticulous and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, who can ask for help when needed and flag problems as they arise.
  • Comfortable working flexibly in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Motivated & driven to achieve.
  • Experience working in the retail sector.
