We're Atom Learning and our mission is to help every child reach their potential.
We combine exceptional teacher-made content with technology, data science and machine learning to make high-quality, personalised education more accessible. Our aim is to give every child access to the kind of insight, support and individualised learning that was once largely limited to expensive private education and tutoring.
We're one of Europe's fastest-growing EdTech companies. Since 2018 we've grown from a startup of four friends to over 100 people, with specialists across education, engineering, product, learning design and marketing.
The scale is real:
We’re a remote-first company, with more than 110 people working across 10 countries. However, for this particular role, we’re looking for someone who can work from our London office.
We’re looking for a Print Operations Manager to join Atom Learning and work on our rapidly growing admissions and progress assessment product. Each year, hundreds of thousands of children sit our assessments. You’ll oversee the end-to-end print operation, ensuring papers are prepared and printed accurately, stored securely, and packed and delivered to schools on time. This role is central to maintaining confidentiality and helping schools run their admissions processes smoothly.
In practice, you’ll plan print runs and delivery schedules, manage supplier relationships, and safeguard some of the most sensitive material we handle. You'll manage the contingency plans that mean nothing gets missed, the QA/QC processes that catch problems before they happen, and the customer relationships that keep schools trusting us with their admissions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in owning a process from start to finish, enjoys the responsibility of getting the details right when it really matters, and wants to be the person a growing EdTech company can rely on.
Please note: Although we’re a remote-first company, this is an on-site role based five days a week at our central London office. As our operations scale, the role will also require you to work from future warehouse locations in Berkshire or Buckinghamshire.
At Atom, diversity and inclusion is a priority, but also a necessity. To create a new standard for education across the world, we need a team of people with diverse perspectives so that we can challenge the status quo and reimagine learning experiences that work for everyone.
We're an equal opportunity employer that is committed to fostering an inclusive environment, where everyone can be themselves and have an impact. We encourage all applications irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, age, nationality, marital status, and disability.
We also aren’t too concerned about qualifications, or whether you’ve followed the “conventional path” to get here. In fact, we highly value experience from other industries and walks of life - so don’t hesitate to apply, even if you don’t think you meet the exact criteria in this job description, we can work with you on the rest!

We are a group of educators, technologists and creators behind the UK’s fastest growing and most innovative online learning platform. We’re working to bring high-quality education to children globally, regardless of background. We do this by combining industry-defining teaching materials with world-beating technology.
Want to join a mission-driven, award-winning London startup committed to providing a world-class education to all? You're in the right place!
You’ll join a talented, supportive team, who work hard but have fun. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and trusted to complete your work in the way you think is best. You will solve difficult problems with a huge impact on positive social change, and you’ll learn a lot along the way.
