Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that’s all part of the fun. This will give you a flavour of the type of things you’ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Owning a portfolio of print partners and suppliers across APAC, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of new product launches across the region, from planning through to operational readiness and execution.
  • Driving onboarding for new products, partners, and capabilities, making sure launches are scalable, smooth, and set up for long-term success.
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to improve operational processes, partner performance, and the scalability of Canva Print across APAC.
  • Building strong relationships with external partners and acting as a key point of contact for operational escalations.
  • Partnering closely with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Monitoring operational performance, identifying risks early, and driving clear resolution plans.
  • Contributing to regional planning and strategic initiatives that help Canva Print grow with quality, reliability, and impact.
  • Independently leading projects and initiatives from concept through to execution, bringing structure, momentum, and clarity along the way.

You’re probably a match if

  • You have experience in operations, e-commerce, marketplaces, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfilment, product operations, or a related field.
  • You’ve owned a portfolio, program, business area, partner network, or operational function with a high degree of autonomy.
  • You have strong experience managing external partners, suppliers, merchants, or fulfilment providers.
  • You’ve launched and scaled physical products, ideally across multiple markets or operational environments.
  • You’re confident driving initiatives independently and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • You bring strong commercial judgement and can connect operational decisions to customer, partner, and business impact.
  • You’re a clear communicator who can build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and turning complexity into clear action.

Canva Print is on a mission to help people bring their designs to life in the real world. From business cards and flyers to signage, merchandise, and beyond, Print plays a key role in making Canva a complete design-to-delivery platform for millions of people and businesses around the world.

The Print Operations team sits at the heart of this experience. We work closely with our print partner network, Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to make sure Canva’s physical products are delivered with quality, speed, reliability, and care. As Canva Print continues to scale across APAC, the team is focused on building the operational foundations that help us launch new products, improve partner performance, and create magical customer experiences at every step.
