Print & Mail Production Operator

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print & Mail Production Operator to support high-volume print and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining mailing equipment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of direct mail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Set up, operate, and troubleshoot mail inserter and production equipment
• 
  Execute high-volume print and direct mail jobs with accuracy
• 
  Ensure all mail meets USPS regulations and internal quality standards
• 
  Monitor equipment performance to maintain optimal speed and output
• 
  Stage, organize, and assemble materials for mailing and distribution
• 
  Maintain inventory of printed materials and supplies
• 
  Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• 
  Support daily mail distribution and coordination for USPS pickup or delivery
• 
  Assist with receiving deliveries and general fulfillment tasks

Qualifications

• 
  1+ year of experience in production, print, or direct mail environment preferred
• 
  Experience operating production or mailing equipment is a plus
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• 
  Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
• 
  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 
  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (mail trays, bins, materials)
