This role reports to the Global Associate Director within the Secure Access / Office Technology team. Secure Access manages a portfolio of in‑office technologies including physical access, mobile credentials, secure print and scan, and digital lockers. These services ensure EY people can securely access buildings, devices, and equipment with minimal friction, while meeting global security and compliance standards.
The opportunity
Lead end-to-end global print operations under the OnePrint program, ensuring service stability, security, compliance and continuous optimization of enterprise print infrastructure. Drive operational excellence, vendor governance and user experience improvements across a complex, multi-region environment.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Bring 8+ yrs of enterprise IT exp, with strong exposure to print infrastructure and operations
• Lead global teams and matrix resources, ensuring alignment across regions and time zones
• Demonstrate expertise in Active Directory (user/group/computer administration)
• Apply PowerShell scripting (intermediate) for automation and reporting
• Possess strong knowledge of enterprise network fundamentals
Print & Infrastructure Expertise
• Drive enterprise print arc and config, including drivers and fleet standardization
• Govern secure print practices, authentication, pull printing and confidential print release
• Optimize print consumption behaviour (duplex, colour control, usage reduction strategies)
• Implement centralized print management frameworks for users, devices, and services
• Manage scan workflows (Scan-to-Email, Scan-to-File, document routing and sharing)
• Oversee print activity tracking and analytics to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Enforce device-level access control and authentication mechanisms
Technical & Security Capabilities
• Apply protocols knowledge: SMB, SNMPv3
• Manage infrastructure certificates, SSL/TLS implementation
• Support cloud-based print solutions and integrations
• Ensure compliance with InfoSec standards and audit requirements
• Lead incident, problem and change management for print services
Platform & Tools Expertise (Preferred)
• Kofax Equitrac, ShareScan, Printix, Ricoh Streamline NX v3
• HP Web Jetadmin (WJA), Device Control Center (DCC)
• LRS VPSX (R3 and above)
• Microsoft Universal Print
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end operations of OnePrint services across global regions
• Own service availability, performance, and SLA adherence
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strengthen security posture of print infrastructure through authentication and access controls
• Optimize cost efficiency by reducing paper, toner, and device footprint
• Establish centralized governance model for print services and vendors
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery outcomes
• Deliver operational dashboards, reporting, and insights to leadership (SteerCo/ELT)
• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance alignment (InfoSec, data protection)
• Drive user experience improvements through simplified and flexible print solutions
• Collaborate with network, security, and cloud teams for integrated service delivery
