This will be Work On Site in Shaw, Mandaluyong and on a Day Shift (Australian Standard time). This will be for a Graphic Design client.

Join our team as a Print Specialist - Design, where you'll be the key to enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving print quality and design issues. Use your expertise to bridge the gap between customers and internal teams, ensuring flawless orders and an exceptional experience every time!

Responsibilities

• Effectively support Print customers directly to resolve complex Print Quality issues Support users directly across different modalities (email, live chat, or phone in the future), utilizing guidance on procedures and policies to resolve user issues. Craft accurate answers and champion patience and empathy when engaging with users, leveraging tools like Zendesk

• Serve as an escalation point, as needed: Serve as internal support for CHT Specialist quality inquiries. Collaborate with CHT Print/UserVoice to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction

• Leverage Design knowledge to assist customers Leverage knowledge of Print file design to assist customers in troubleshooting Print issues relating to design, file export, color, image, quality, etc. Use tools like Adobe Photoshop or In Design.

• Find and address common opportunities: Be the voice of the users and constantly advocate for continuous improvement, ensuring that issues are corrected at the source.

• Support users with other queries Support customers on non-design issues as volume or ticket flow requires.

Qualifications

• Has Customer service skills such as issue/root cause diagnosis, empathetic resolution, effective communication

• Must be highly proficient in industry standard design software (Acrobat Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other applicable programs

• Ability to work on a shifting schedule

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn existing and contribute to creating new workflows

• Time-management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

It would also be advantageous if you have:

• Proficient knowledge of Canva

• Proficient knowledge of prepress and printing standards

• Proficient knowledge of CMYK, RGB, color modes, conversion

• Organizational skills, adaptability and composure under fire are equally important

• Production design experience
