Job Description
The Project Manager translates leadership priorities into sequenced, executable programmes and drives their adoption across functions and geographies. This role owns the transformation roadmap, establishes the governance and operating rhythms that keep initiatives accountable, and defines the business value each initiative is expected to deliver. Working in the connective tissue between executive decision-making and operational delivery, the role aligns stakeholders, prepares teams for new ways of working, and ensures change is sustained once it transitions into normal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise transformation roadmap, converting competing and ambiguous leadership priorities into 30-, 60-, and 100-day plans with named owners, milestones, dependencies, and explicit tradeoffs against work already underway.
- Establish practical governance so every initiative carries a defined business problem, a measured baseline, an accountable owner, the decisions required, escalation paths for risk, and a documented transition into business-as-usual.
- Define business value upfront and report delivery against it — cost savings, revenue protected, capacity created, delivery speed, service quality, adoption, and risk reduction.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that do not sit cleanly within a single function, including recovery planning for programmes that are stuck, at risk, or not producing the intended outcome.
- Prepare options, tradeoffs, and recommendations for executive audiences, and facilitate the working sessions that turn decisions into committed action.
- Lead modernisation of operating models, ways of working, and tooling across geographies, including the communications and enablement that make adoption stick.
- Support integrations and organisational change through Day 1/30/100 — governance, process alignment, SOPs, reporting, and handover into the long-term rhythm of the business.
- Drive adoption of internal AI governance tooling and measure its effectiveness through usage, compliance, time saved, exception rates, and practitioner feedback.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):
- Significant experience leading enterprise transformation, strategic operations, or change management programmes in a large, multi-geography organisation.
- Proven track record turning nebulous executive priorities into sequenced delivery plans with measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience establishing governance for cross-functional portfolios and transitioning initiatives into steady-state operations.
- Experience supporting post-merger integration or comparable Day 1/30/100 organisational change.
- Strong background in business strategy, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment at executive level; exposure to AI-enabled ways of working and their governance is an advantage.
