As the Principal Racing Authority for thoroughbred, harness, and greyhound racing in Western Australia, RWWA also operates the TAB, with over 300 off-course retail outlets, a call centre, and a growing online presence.
We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to shape our CRM and Integrations capability as we scale our technical and product ecosystem
This role requires deep NET engineering expertise and a proven ability to design and deliver complex system integrations You’ll be a key technical authority across our CRM platform and the integrations that connect it to our broader systems, working with Customer Experience teams and architecture to drive technical direction, define integration patterns, and influence platform roadmap decisions.
Our CRM platform is Microsoft Dynamics 365 You don’t need to be a Dynamics expert on day one, but you will be expected to build that capability. We’ll support you with structured learning, certifications, and hands‑on experience. What matters most is strong engineering depth, integration experience, and technical leadership.
You’ll provide technical and people leadership such as, mentoring developers, setting quality standards, and acting as a bridge between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
