Job Description

The Axonius Product group is looking for a Principal/Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building top-notch enterprise cybersecurity products. In this role, you will shape emerging AI capabilities, enhancing visibility and insights across complex environments. This is a highly strategic role with significant growth potential, diving deep into technical details and driving cross-functional innovation across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy: Define and drive the product roadmap, including emerging areas such as AI, aligning with overall company goals.
• Lifecycle Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI-security features, from initial conception through technical deep-dives to market launch.
• Customer & Market Analysis: Engage directly with customers to translate "pain points" into actionable product requirements and technical specs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ensure the AI security vision is integrated seamlessly into the core Axonius platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• B2B SaaS PM Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment delivering software at scale.
• Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Proven professional background in Cybersecurity or related infrastructure (Cloud, Networking, IT).
• AI/ML Technical Literacy: technical understanding of AI/ML systems and the current AI vendor landscape.
• Professional Fluency: Full professional proficiency in English with a track record of presenting to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Background: Previous hands-on experience in Software Engineering or Data Science.
• Specialized AI Experience: Specific experience building products specifically for Machine Learning (MLOps) or AI Security.
• Leadership Trajectory: Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and interest in future people management.
• Academic Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fast-Paced Execution: Proven ability to onboard quickly and deliver value in a high-growth, "can-do" environment.
