Role: Principal/School Leader, Raipur
Experience: 3-4 years in teaching; 4-5 years in leadership
Salary: Upto 9.5 LPA

The Role

We are looking for a School Leader who can build a strong school culture, support and coach teachers, and work closely with the founding team to drive student learning and overall school development. The role focuses on improving teaching quality, building systems and processes, engaging parents and the community, and taking ownership of school outcomes and culture.

Key Responsibilities

School Culture and Leadership

• Build a positive school culture where every child feels valued
• Lead and manage teachers and school staff
• Coach teachers to improve teaching quality and classroom practices
• Ensure classrooms are engaging, structured, and purpose-driven

Systems and School Development

• Create systems and processes to ensure consistent learning across the school
• Ensure learning outcomes and school goals are achieved
• Work closely with the founding team to improve school strategy and operations.

Parent and Community Engagement

• Partner with parents and community members to support student learning
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Ownership and Outcomes

• Take responsibility for school outcomes, not just activities
• Ensure overall school growth, student development, and teacher performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in education (teaching + leadership exposure)
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, CBSE, and NEP
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Passion for purpose-driven education and child development
• Ability to build systems, processes, and school culture
• Empathetic leader who can also take decisions and drive outcomes
