At Worley, we're helping our customers navigate the energy transition while delivering the infrastructure and resources the world needs today.We are seeking an experienced Principal Telecommunications Engineer to lead the design, strategy and delivery of telecommunications, industrial communications and OT networking solutions across mining, energy, utilities and industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for telecommunications, industrial networking and digital infrastructure projects.Lead the development of communications architectures, network designs and technology strategies.Deliver telecommunications solutions across the project lifecycle, from concept and FEED through to construction and commissioning.Support technologies including private LTE/5G, industrial Wi-Fi, fibre optics, microwave radio, digital radio and OT networks.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting digital transformation, operational reliability and cybersecurity objectives.Mentor engineers, contribute to business development and support the growth of Worley's telecommunications capability.What You'll BringSignificant experience in telecommunications, industrial networking or operational technology environments.Strong knowledge of industrial communications, network infrastructure and telecommunications systems.Experience leading complex projects within mining, energy, utilities or industrial sectors.Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.Ability to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.Why Join Worley?Flexible and hybrid work arrangements.The opportunity to influence global mining and processing projects.Competitive remuneration and employee benefits.Access to a world-class network of technical experts.A collaborative environment that values technical excellence and knowledge sharing.Career development opportunities beyond this role.About UsWorley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts.
