Job Description

  • 10-12 years in Telecom billing worked extensively with major telecom providers with rich experience in Delivery and operations.
  • Should have relevant experience in managing a big team and liaising with client stakeholders.
  • Should be a single POC for client for Billing Delivery/Operations to address any issues related to Billing.
  • Should be well versed with agile methodology working across cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • Strong hands on billing knowledge in any or combination of the billing packages such as ARIA , Amdocs , CSGi , Netcracker is required.
  • Extensive experience in ARIA / related Billing product is preferable.
  • Should have prior experience in Big BSS transformation or migration programs and should be able to provide optimal strategy / solution related to billing.
