Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs that accelerate AI innovation through collaboration across engineering, business, and partner ecosystems. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder management, and program execution to drive scalable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical programs and partner initiatives that accelerate innovation across Microsoft's AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align strategy, priorities, and execution.
• Drive partner readiness and adoption of modern engineering practices, enabling scalable and repeatable delivery models.
• Establish program governance, success metrics, and operational processes to ensure business impact.
• Identify opportunities to expand ecosystem capabilities and create new avenues for customer and partner success.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field AND several years of experience in:

　　　・Technical Program Management

Software Engineering

• Solution Architecture
• Cloud Platform Delivery
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs
• Experience working with strategic partners, system integrators, consulting firms, or software vendors
• Strong understanding of:
• Cloud Architecture
• AI/ML Platforms
• Distributed Systems
• Modern Software Engineering Practices
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI transformation programs
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Copilot, or generative AI technologies
• Experience building partner ecosystems or partner enablement programs
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering organizations
• Experience creating global-scale operational programs and governance frameworks

必須条件

• クラウドアーキテクチャ、AI／MLプラットフォーム、分散システム、最新のソフトウェアエンジニアリングプラクティスに関する深い理解。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および経営層を含むステークホルダーマネジメントスキル。
• 日本語と英語の両方におけるビジネスレベルの語学力。

歓迎条件

• AIトランスフォーメーションプログラムのデリバリー経験。
• Azure AI Foundry、OpenAI、Copilot、または生成AI技術に関する経験。
• パートナーエコシステムまたはパートナー支援プログラムの構築経験。
