Principal Technical Program Manager

In this role, who will play a key part in delivering impactful projects that support design organization’s goals. You will manage a team of engineers and work closely with design team and communicate to different teams across the organization. Gathering customer feedback is essential for improving the project throughout its development. You are tasked with ensuring projects are finished on time, adhere to the budget, and maintain a high level of quality.

This role will be responsible for managing deliverable timelines, providing accurate forecasts to management, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and coordinating small cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a motivated project professional who values structure and teamwork, and who thrives on transforming innovative ideas into proof-of-concept initiatives and ultimately, successful products.



Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project teams and actively contribute to the successful delivery of internal projects.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and keep management informed with regular project updates.

  • Lead effective project meetings to build clarity and alignment.

  • Monitor progress against milestones, budget, quality, schedule, and performance indicators.

  • Develop clear conclusions, recommendations, and reports.

  • Work independently on moderately scoped issues, applying professional judgment within established policies and procedures.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, professional technology organization, or a related field.

  • Experience in working with different geographical team is a plus.


Knowledge & Skills

  • Project Management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, documentation, implementation)

  • Financial management, budgeting, billing, and forecasting

  • Data analysis and KPI tracking

  • Risk and change management

  • Agile methodology exposure

  • Process improvement and procurement basics

  • Tools such as Microsoft Project, DevOps, and Jira.

  • Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills

The pay range for this role is$147,050to$230,850USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
