Are you an experienced Principal Tech Lead looking to make a broader technical impact across multiple engineering teams? Do you enjoy solving the most complex technical challenges while mentoring other technical leaders and driving engineering excellence at scale? In this position, you will be based in Stockholm and report to the Head of Engineering. As a Principal Tech Lead, you will provide technical leadership across multiple squads, ensuring architectural vision is translated into high-quality, production-ready solutions. Working closely with Mission Architects, Squad Tech Leads, DevSecOps, QA, Security, and Product teams, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives that support Worldline's payment platforms across Europe.
You are an experienced technical leader who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while enabling teams to deliver their best work. You combine deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills and have a proven ability to influence engineering direction across multiple teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
