We're looking for an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition Partner who can combine hands-on recruitment expertise with strong market knowledge and strategic stakeholder partnership to help shape how we attract and hire talent.

How will you impact?

As our Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Parser by bringing exceptional talent into the business.

You'll partner with Hiring Managers and senior leaders to understand business needs, shape effective hiring strategies, and provide expert advice on the external talent market. Combining strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, you'll own the recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to successful hire.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing guidance on hiring strategy, role requirements, market conditions, and talent availability.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across technology, engineering, data, AI, product, and other business-critical roles, from briefing and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and successful hire.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping across the UK technology landscape, providing actionable insights on skills, compensation, competitor activity, and candidate availability.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to challenge and shape hiring requirements, create compelling and market-relevant job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and relationship building to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions, improve recruitment processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong experience hiring across technology, software engineering, data, AI, product, or related specialist markets.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent landscape, with the ability to provide credible market insights and hiring recommendations.
  • Proven experience partnering with and influencing Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders in a consultative recruitment capacity.
  • Excellent direct sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the confidence to challenge hiring requirements and advise stakeholders on the most effective talent strategy.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities within a fast-paced, international environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Recruitment agency, technology consultancy, or specialist IT recruitment background.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and partnering with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting employer branding, talent attraction, or wider Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Location

London, UK: Hybrid model – 3 days per week at our London HQ in Covent Garden.
