Reporting to the Service Manager, the Principal Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining highly complex, mission-critical systems, taking ownership of technical design challenges and leading root cause analysis for complex incidents. This position sits at the heart of a high-profile, life-critical programme, delivering resilient solutions that underpin Emergency Services Networks across Ireland.
This is a hybrid working role which requires travel to the customers site in Dublin 2 days per week.

You are an experience Systems Engineer with exposure to working in complex and high-pressured environments. With strong expertise in SQL, Windows Server, and virtualisation, you are collaborative and clear in your communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, taking pride in delivering resilient systems that support critical services.
