As a Principal Systems Analyst and member of a Compliance Technology Team, you will combine a passion for technology and business analysis with a talent for delivering high‑quality solutions that drive meaningful value for Asset Management Compliance and its partner trading and portfolio management stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with the Compliance business and operations teams to understand their needs and challenges and with your technology teammates to deliver innovative, high quality, and timely solutions. You’ll ensure the solutions you help deliver meet stakeholder acceptance criteria and quality standards and that they align with the tactical and strategic goals of the product and organization. This role also entails collaborating with others across the Asset Management business, technology partners, and potentially external organizations in gathering requirements and designing and delivering technology capabilities that support Compliance.
Compliance Technology Team is a global group within Fidelity Investment Asset Management Technology division that designs, develops and supports Compliance software applications for the Asset Manage Compliance business.

Asset Management Technology is an integral partner for Asset Management to deliver innovative, scalable, industry-leading investment tools that enables the business teams to achieve competitive advantage globally.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
