Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to join our engineering team and play a key role in delivering strategic and operational technology solutions for Enterprise Digital Operations. Working closely with engineers, architects, and business partners, this individual will help define, design, and implement scalable solutions leveraging cloud and distributed platform technologies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment and embrace the use of AI and Generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, develop insights, refine requirements, and improve solution delivery.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
