Principal Supply Chain Planning Process Design

As a Planning COE Solution Architect, you will help define the direction of this transformation, shaping best-in-class Supply Chain planning, end-to-end processes and integrated solutions across the global Service Supply Chain. You will connect business strategy, processes, data, and technology, enabling executive decisions and influencing the evolution of our ERP, planning processes and planning ecosystem.
The role is responsible for defining global planning process standards, solution principles, and target operating models across the Service Supply Chain Planning COE. The position operates at organizational level in highly complex and ambiguous environments, combining deep supply chain planning process design expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and ERP/planning ecosystem knowledge.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, Data, and external technology providers to shape strategic direction, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into integrated transformation roadmaps. In addition, the role strengthens COE capability by coaching junior colleagues and establishing global practices.
Define the strategic direction and target operating model for best-in-class planning processes across the global Service Supply Chain
Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Typically 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, process architecture, solution design, or enterprise transformation, including:

· Strong strategic, analytical, and systems-thinking skills, connecting business strategy, processes, data, technology, and operating models
· Ability to shape direction in complex and ambiguous environments, simplifying systemic challenges into clear priorities and executable solutions
· Ability to frame executive decisions through compelling storytelling, scenarios, trade-offs, business cases, and actionable recommendations
· Strong credibility and influencing skills, with the ability to pre-align senior stakeholders and partners across organizational boundaries
· Deep ERP and planning ecosystem knowledge, preferably SAP and Servigistics, including solution architecture, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and vendor management
· Expertise in global process design, integration, standardization, KPI architecture, governance, and change adoption
· Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach senior colleagues, build organizational capability, and promote continuous learning and innovation
