Core Engineering & Platforms (CEP) provides foundational (Core) capabilities, applying a disciplined Engineering first mindset, and advancing scalable, reusable Platforms across the ecosystem This role ensures critical priorities do not operate in silos, acting as the connective tissue, bringing cohesion across CEP by connecting work, signals, and outcomes across a wide set of product domains without introducing additional friction.
Streamlining how CEP engages customers across products and services while cultivating strategic vendor partnerships that span multiple technology domains.
The role elevates how CEP communicates its strategy and impact—curating clear, enterprise-relevant narratives for topics such as OKR progress, Operational Risk and Return Committee, technology execution review and board-level discussions that reflect plan of intent, progress to outcomes, and value delivered.

As CEP continues to scale across distributed product domains, this role brings cohesion to how we work across product teams, sequence backlogs that impact on our customers, and reduce duplication across efforts. It also elevates how we capture customer needs and consistently represent CEP strategy and impact across conversations such as OKR Reviews, ORCC, and board-level discussions.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 177,000.00 - 243,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
