Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems and has been revolutionizing modern flight for over 100 years. Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.

The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a high-impact strategic advisor and lead recruiter, driving full-cycle talent acquisition across the entire organizational spectrum from entry-level internships and junior professional roles to Director-level leadership positions for APAC.

This individual acts as a critical bridge between HR leadership, People Services, and the HR-COE, partnering deeply with business stakeholders to attract and secure the talent required to drive Pratt & Whitney’s mission of Transforming Aviation.

As a subject matter expert, you will balance a high-performance recruiting desk with the responsibility of designing and scaling recruitment strategies that move beyond transactional hiring to true talent advisory.

Strategic Talent Advisory: Devise and implement long-term recruitment strategies, including market mapping, Talent Mining, and developing "pull" strategies to enhance our employer brand.

Early-Career Leadership: Drive the strategic roadmap for internship programs, ensuring strong alignment between campus outreach, early-career pipelines, and long-term workforce planning.

Sourcing & Pipeline Design: Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies that leverage advanced data, professional networks, and IHL partnerships to identify high-potential talent at all career stages.

Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing deep market intelligence and talent availability data to influence hiring decisions and organizational design.

Institutional Collaboration: Partner with ITEs, Polytechnics, and Universities to lead high-impact recruitment cycles, conversion strategies, and branding events.

Process Excellence: Champion data integrity within Workday, using recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health) to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a gold-standard experience for both candidates and hiring managers, acting as a brand ambassador for RTX/Pratt & Whitney at career fairs and networking engagements.

Qualifications You Must Have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Tenure: Minimum of 8 years of relevant full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, aerospace, or complex engineering environments.

Scope: Proven track record in managing a high-volume, different desk covering everything from early-career/internship hiring to senior management/Director-level roles.

Influence: Demonstrated ability to act as a Strategic Talent Advisor, with the maturity to influence stakeholders and drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex recruitment projects and multiple competing priorities.

Qualifications We Prefer

Technical Savvy: Expert-level experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar enterprise-level ATS/CRM tools.

Technical Recruitment: A proven history of successfully recruiting technical and engineering talent in a niche or competitive market.

Data Fluency: Ability to translate raw recruitment data into strategic insights for business reviews.
