What You Will Do:
As a Principal Specialist within Warranty & Claims India team, you will act as a key point of contact for Warranty & Claims applications, supporting issues resolution, operational stability, system enhancements, and collaboration between business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders.
This role involves supporting production incidents, troubleshooting SAP and integrated system issues, validating business requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, application reliability, and user experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Support Warranty & Claims operational objectives and digital transformation initiatives
- Serve as the functional and technical SME for SAP Warranty & Claims applications
- Act as the primary point of contact for Warranty & Claims business users and other stakeholders for SAP application support, operational issues, and system-related inquiries
- Manage incidents, defects, and enhancement requests while ensuring timely issue resolution
- Support QAE testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation
- Prepare and execute test scenarios and validate business requirements, document test evidence, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements with minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP teams, developers, and project stakeholders to support system enhancements and deployments
- Monitor recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve application stability
- Support process optimization and automation initiatives across Warranty & Claims operations
- Ensure operational compliance, process governance, and adherence to support standards
- Provide functional guidance and operational support to end users and cross-functional teams

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline with relevant experience supporting enterprise applications
- Minimum 5 year of experience in supporting SAP applications, preferably within Warranty, Claims, Customer Service, or Aftermarket operations
- Experience with incident management, production support, and issue resolution activities
- Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management activities
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working in global cross-functional environments
Qualification We Prefer:
- Experience supporting SAP Warranty & Claims Management or related enterprise applications
- Exposure to digital transformation, system enhancement, or enterprise deployment projects
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as TFS, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
- Familiarity with SAP integrations, data validation, and enterprise system workflows
- Experience collaborating with development, QA, and business teams in a global environment
- Understanding of aviation aftermarket operations, warranty processes, or customer support functions
- Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding of aviation aftermarket operations, warranty administration, or customer service processes within OEM or service organisations
