We're seeking an experienced Principal Specialist Resource Geologist to join our Corporate Development team. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical excellence with strategic thinking, leading geological and resource evaluations that influence acquisitions, growth opportunities and long-term portfolio strategy across our global business.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Exploration, Operations and Corporate Development, you'll provide independent technical expertise, identify value opportunities and support strategic investment decisions across our international portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Lead geological and resource due diligence for acquisitions, growth opportunities and strategic investments.
• Develop geological models, resource estimates and technical assessments to support business decisions.
• Contribute to portfolio optimisation, asset strategy and long-term growth planning.
• Partner with global technical teams and undertake domestic and international site visits as required.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Geology with extensive experience in resource geology, geological modelling and resource estimation.
• Strong technical expertise across multiple deposit styles, including advanced geological interpretation and geostatistical techniques.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate opportunities, manage risk and influence investment decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in French and/or Spanish considered an asset given the global nature of the role.
