About Role:

The P&WC engine programs are powering 5 engine markets: Regional turboprop aircrafts, General aviation aircrafts, Business jets aircrafts, Helicopters and Auxiliary power systems on larger aircrafts, which help connecting people and economies around the world.

As a Reliability Specialist in the Accessories Programs India Team, you will drive Accessories reliability improvements in support of our product performance initiatives across all our engine markets, as well as a flawless entry-into-service for accessories on our new and derivative Programs. In this role, you will lead the investigation and analysis of in-service field events to identify root causes and drive effective corrective and preventive actions that improve fleet reliability.

Additionally, you will support the successful Entry Into Service (EIS) of new and derivative engine programs by contributing to risk assessments, applying lessons learned from field operations, and ensuring that reliability considerations are incorporated into new designs to enable a smooth and reliable introduction into service.

What You Will Do:

  • Support Field Event Management (Screen Team Meetings) by providing accurate and timely technical inputs to enable Accessories Programs Technical Specialists to make informed RFA decisions.
  • Conduct technical reviews of Accessory Investigation Shop Finding Reports and coordinate alignment, validation, and approval with Accessories Programs Technical Specialists.
  • Review Supplier Reliability data, identify gaps to requirements, and establish action plan.
  • Prepare and maintain Accessories reliability review packages to support product performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Support and lead Periodic Reliability Reviews by presenting Reliability trends, top reliability drivers, systemic issues, and identifying emerging issues.
  • Provide technical analysis and data support for supplier reviews, program reviews, and product improvement initiatives.
  • Support Entry Into Service (EIS) activities by providing historical reliability insights, lessons learned, and read-across analysis for accessories and control systems.
  • Leading Accessories Product performance related continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and enable business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-8 years prior relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably in Reliability Engineering or Service Engineering roles
  • Working knowledge of airline field operations and in-service support processes.
  • Strong understanding of Engine Accessories (LRUs) reliability analysis, root cause methodologies, and corrective action development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reliability metrics, trends, and emerging issues.
  • Experience working with Accessory Supplier reliability data, SBs, and post-certification changes.
  • Familiarity with aero engine technical publications such as CMMs, ES, SBs, IPCs, EMMs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across Aftermarket Support Programs, Engineering, Quality, Supply Management etc for the Product performance improvements.
  • Experience presenting technical and reliability data to various key stakeholders and Suppliers.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement projects using process optimization techniques, automation and digital tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
  • Familiarity with ENOVIA or similar PLM systems for investigation tracking and document workflows is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging global stakeholders and suppliers

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Engine product knowledge training or certification from Airworthiness Authorities/ Airlines/ MROs/ OEMs.
  • Certification in Reliability Engineering concepts such as CRE or CMRP (or progress toward certification).
  • Certification /working expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Certification /working expertise in Quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Principles.

Shifts/Work Hours:

  • UK Shift (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST)

Onsite: Hybrid.
