• Prepares forecasts and budget figures in the course of budget compilation • Validates monthly postings and prepare reports and variance analysis for further review by more Senior Finance Professionals • Acts as a contact person for cost center owners or budget holders to provide financial support to all business managers in their daily activities • Prepares regular or ad hoc financial analysis or simulations per requests • Supports the budgeting process, including budget development, monitoring budget performance, and analyzing deviations from planned targets • Adheres to financial policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks Grade Descriptor • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines • Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents • May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project • Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems • Provides support and guidance to team members • Impacts quality and effectiveness of customer, operational, project/program or service activities within own team and other related teams • Exchanges complex information with others, potentially guiding and persuading others
