We are looking for a highly strategic and customer-centric Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to drive technical solutioning for Lowe’s Commerce platform. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, and is critical in translating complex commerce capabilities into compelling, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

You will partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape deals, influence client architecture decisions, and accelerate revenue growth through high-quality solution design and technical storytelling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Solutioning & Deal Support

  • Partner with Sales/BD teams to understand client requirements and business objectives
  • Design end-to-end commerce solutions (B2C, B2B, marketplace, omnichannel) leveraging Lowe’s Commerce capabilities
  • Lead technical discussions, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations
  • Build solution architectures, integration blueprints, and effort estimations

2. Client Engagement & Technical Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client CTOs, architects, and product leaders
  • Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
  • Conduct discovery workshops and architecture deep dives
  • Drive value articulation (ROI, TCO, scalability, performance)

3. Platform Evangelization

  • Evangelize Lowe’s Commerce platform capabilities in client interactions, industry forums, and demos
  • Create reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and demo frameworks
  • Support creation of thought leadership content (whitepapers, case studies)

4. Deal Shaping & Commercial Support

  • Support pricing strategy, scope definition, and solution packaging
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Help de-risk deals through architecture validation and feasibility assessments

Years of Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in solution architecture / pre-sales / enterprise architecture

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in computer science

MBA or equivalent business exposure (good-to-have for commercial acumen)
