As the Principal Solutions Architect / Delivery Specialist (Networking), you will lead technical engagements across pre-sales and project delivery activities, working closely with customers to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable, secure, and innovative networking solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, provide technical leadership to delivery teams, and ensure successful project outcomes through effective solution architecture, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and service excellence. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert for networking technologies, driving technical enablement, mentoring team members, and supporting complex engagements across the Gulf and Africa regions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales qualification activities and develop architectural designs, technical strategies, and implementation plans for complex customer environments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services and solutions within existing accounts.
• Guide project quality assurance activities and provide technical leadership on large-scale projects involving multiple technical resources.
• Deliver technical mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job training to team members and project stakeholders.
• Maintain deep expertise across networking technologies, Dell Technologies solutions, integration capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of technical knowledge bases, white papers, best practices documentation, and technical workshops.
• Act as a technical escalation point and trusted advisor for project delivery teams and customers.
• Drive enablement initiatives and readiness programs for priority networking solutions and emerging technologies.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10–14 years of hands-on networking experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven technical leadership experience managing complex solution delivery and architecture engagements.
• Strong expertise in networking technologies including Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, SONiC switches, Cisco solutions, and Brocade technologies.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies with demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Excellent customer communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Advanced escalation management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change catalyst and drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to create technical documentation and customer-facing deliverables.
• Flexibility to travel across Gulf and Africa regions when required.
