• Partner with Global Supply Chain stakeholders aligned to Plan to Make processes to understand business priorities, gain buy-in, and identify opportunities to improve, standardize, or implement business processes and supporting technologies.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and manage detailed functional designs for enhancements and strategic projects supporting manufacturing, procurement, material flow, inventory, and related supply chain operations.
• Serve as a senior functional analyst across assigned business applications, providing solution ownership, day-to-day support, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and recommendations for sustainable resolution. Ensure managed service team can support repeatable lower critical incidents.
• Partner with assigned areas of the Planning and Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations on projects/tasks within our portfolio and related business applications.
• Configure and support system capabilities where appropriate, working closely with technical teams and implementation partners to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Participate in and help lead testing efforts for releases and projects, including test strategy, test script development, defect management, and support for business User Acceptance Testing.
• Assess impacts across upstream and downstream processes, data, controls, reporting, and integrations to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Modeling, and Analytics teams to help define KPI, reporting, data needs and AI enablement that improve operational visibility and decision making.
• Support deployment of standardized solutions, process harmonization, and change adoption across sites and functions, including documentation, training support, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating current-state processes, benchmarking industry practices, and recommending capabilities that improve service, quality, productivity, and scalability.
• Provide mentoring and functional guidance to other analysts, business process owners, and project team members, while serving as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience in Enterprise Technologies for Enterprise Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics such as Oracle EBS, SAP, and Kinaxis Maestro.
• Strong understanding of Plan to Make processes and the interaction points across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, logistics and reporting solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, document processes, and present recommendations clearly.
• Ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements, solution options, and practical implementation plans.
• Strong collaboration skills with business partners, technical teams, internal IT, and external service providers to define and deliver the right solution approach.
• Demonstrated ability to support and deploy standardized solutions that optimize processes and provide strategic value for Hologic.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enhancements, projects, and operational support priorities while delivering expected results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex process and system issues.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations,
Business, or a related field preferred.
• Master's Degree is beneficial.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain and / Manufacturing role that includes delivering IT solutions or business systems support for supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or operations functions.
• 6+ years with a master’s degree.
• Overall experience should include strong functional knowledge of Plan to Make processes and 5+ years working with Supply Chain business systems (Advanced Supply Chain Planning, MRP)
• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred.
