This position requires a hands-on leader who has successfully migrated complex systems to the cloud, possesses strong expertise in AWS services and architecture, and actively applies AI/ML technologies to solve real-world engineering challenges. • Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years’ experience in software engineering
• Experience migrating from Windows to Linux Environments
• Experience decomposing monolithic applications into cloud architecture
• Strong background in:
  • C# / .NET (including modernization to .NET Core/.NET 6+)
  • Backend systems and API design
• Deep experience with AWS services (not just exposure)
• Experience building and running production systems
• Strong understanding of observability, scaling, resilience
• Actively use AI tools in your development workflow
• Have built at least one real AI-powered feature or system
• Understand concepts like:
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Embeddings and vector search
  • Prompt design and system orchestration
• Have experimented with or built:
  • Agentic workflows or multi-step AI pipelines
• Able to make pragmatic tradeoffs in:
  • Migration strategies
  • Build vs buy decisions
• Comfortable working across:
  • Legacy systems
  • Modern cloud platforms
  • Emerging AI tooling
