The Mission

Your goal is to be the technical catalyst in our modernization journey. You will lead the architectural evolution of our enterprise products, ensuring they thrive in a hybrid world—seamlessly operating both on-premise and in the cloud. Beyond the code, you will partner with business leadership to ensure every architectural decision drives measurable value, turning complex challenges into scalable technical realities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Alignment: Translate high-level executive priorities and complex business challenges into clear, executable technical strategies and architectures.
• Architectural Evolution: Design and execute a robust system architecture that bridges the gap between on-premise stability and cloud-native agility.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build consensus across diverse engineering squads. You act as the technical authority, aligning teams on standards and mitigating system-level risks.
• AI-Native Engineering: Lead the charge in integrating AI tools across the entire development lifecycle to radically increase engineering productivity and system optimization.
• Resilience & Scalability: Take ownership of system reliability. Architect for High Availability and ensure the platform is built to handle complex, large-scale enterprise demands.
• Engineering Velocity & Platform Thinking: Create the "golden path" for our teams. Build the infrastructure, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines that allow for rapid, high-quality deployments.
