
Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing organization is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to support our equity compensation recordkeeping platform. This person will play a key role in allowing Stock Plan Services (SPS) to accelerate the pace at which our participants can take advantage of new global capabilities. The individual will make a significant impact leading a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and delivery of new and improved experiences for a customer base consisting of 500+ of the Fortune 1000 companies.
We’re hiring a motivated engineer to help us scale the delivery of key experiences to allow more participants to realize the benefits of these capabilities. With a heavy focus on ownership and teamwork this engineer will run point for the team providing technical leadership and helping to foster a healthy learning environment.
You will be part of the technology team in SPS. As a principal engineer you will help drive collaboration across the organization and internal to the team. Being an outstanding partner, you’ll work alongside other tech leads, product managers, quality engineering, support teams, and operations to effectively support delivery and enablement of these global experiences. These experiences will be built around real-time recordkeeping, reporting and business intelligence features running on a modernized cloud-ready stack.
