About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software & AI Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack software development, system architecture, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and modern software engineering practices.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while leveraging AI technologies to build innovative solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop scalable enterprise-grade software applications.

• Lead the development of AI-powered products and features utilizing modern AI/ML technologies.

• Build and maintain high-performance backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.

• Develop modern web applications and user interfaces using current frontend frameworks.

• Design database architectures and optimize application performance.

• Integrate third-party services, APIs, payment gateways, and cloud-based solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.

• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and conduct technical reviews.

• Drive architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices.

• Participate in Agile development processes and technical planning.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional Software/AI engineering experience.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale production applications.

• Strong experience working with international teams and remote environments.

• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly compensation ranging from PKR 600,000 – PKR 850,000

• 90-day probationary period.
