We are currently recruiting for a Principal Social Compliance Consultant-Categorie protette 68/99 to join our office in Genoa, Rome and Milan within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.
The Principal Social Compliance Consultant focuses on leading and overseeing comprehensive social impact assessments and due dligences, developing robust social management plans, and fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement processes with a focus on complex projects.
We are selecting a highly motivated professional, registered as a protected category under Italian Law 68/99, who would like to join a dynamic team based in Genova, willing to develop technical, managerial and soft skills competencies
Lead Social Impact Assessments, Due Diligences and Engagement Processes:
Develop Comprehensive Social Management Plans:
Lead joint efforts to identify and implement context-specific measures that mitigate social risks and enhance project benefits and ensure Compliance with International Standards:
Support Proposal Preparation and Client Liaison:
Conduct Site Visits and Documentation Review:
Provide Strategic Direction in Project Management Tasks:
Master’s Degree in Sociology or Political Science
Other in Anthropology or Geography
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €48.000 and €58,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
