Job Description

Our client is seeking a Principal Software Engineer with 12–15 years of experience to lead technical initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to strategic software development efforts.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead the creation and innovation of software solutions and technical strategies
• Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices and architectural decisions
• Design and implement scalable, high-quality software systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals
• Drive code quality, testing standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance system performance and capability
• Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

• 12–15 years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and building large-scale software systems
• Strong proficiency in software architecture and system design principles
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
• Proven ability to innovate and drive technical initiatives from concept to delivery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
