PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide scientific support for sales and marketing teams in China and the rest of the world.

· Figure out clients’ requirements and lead high-level discussions with the clients for company service providing.

· Responsible for advancing projects in the RD plan and conducting hypothesis-driven research.

· Lead a multi-disciplinary scientific platform.

· Drive execution of research strategy and develop industry-level assays.

· Use knowledge of recent scientific advances and translate these into research directions.

· Prepare reports, publications, and oral presentations.

· Understand the work of operation team and lead them for executing research projects.

· Understand and can strictly follow the company compliance rules.

· Complete other assignment timely from upper management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Ph.D. or M.D. in immunology or related disciplines with postdoc experience; or MS in immunology with extensive experience in immunology assays.

· Strong immunology knowledge and application skills are required.

· Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry leading projects and performing lab research is a plus.

· Experience in immune oncology drug discovery is a plus.

· Experience in Auto-immune disease area is a plus.

· Familiar with animal experiments, and drug discovery process. Hands-on experience in animal studies, surgeries or necropsy will be a plus.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Good at literature searching and reading. Capable of experimental design, protocol development, and data report writing.

· Hands-on experience in T cell, NK cell, myeloid cell assays.

· Good organization, planning, critical thinking, and trouble shooting skills.

· Pre-clinical immune oncology experience is preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written English skills are desired.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

· Report to: Department Head

· Works with: Oncology - In Vivo - Technical Operations, Oncology - In Vivo - Study Directors, Cell support, Animal Center, QAU, Logistics & Purchasing
