Purpose of the Position:
Provide senior level resource integration, financial analysis, spend plan development, audit readiness, and budget execution for the Army SMDC.
Duties/Responsibilities
Provide senior level resource integration, financial analysis, spend plan development, audit readiness, and budget execution for the Army SMDC
Provide senior resource integration leadership during G4 organization transition and increased operational demand.
Monitor execution status, identify unfunded requirements and fiscal risk,, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
Translate operational requirements into executable funding strategies, ensuring requirements are properly documented, prioritized and aligned with Army, command and fiscal policy.
Minimum Requirements:
Ph.D. (or professional equivalent) with 114+ months (9.5 years) of full-time work experience.
10+ years supporting the Army in the areas of financial analysis and budget analytics/execution. Resource planning and execution for major military system initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
Ph.D. (or professional equivalent) with 120+ months (10+ years) of full-time work experience.
12+ years supporting the Army in the areas of financial analysis and budget analytics/execution. Knowledge of Army funds control, execution tracking and reconciliation.
