The Principal Reliability Engineer will play a pivotal role in improving network reliability and shaping the future performance of Jemena's electricity network. Working across Asset Management, Network Operations, Planning, Delivery and Regulation, you'll bring people together around a shared reliability strategy, turning insights into meaningful actions that improve customer outcomes and network performance.
You'll lead the development of reliability frameworks, analytics and improvement initiatives, helping the business make informed, evidence-based decisions. From fault prevention and restoration programs to emerging technologies and network optimisation, you'll champion continuous improvement and guide the organisation towards industry-leading reliability performance.
