ORS is expanding its Workplace Rehabilitation team in Melbourne, and we’re seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into a Principal Consultant role.

Join a team of 80+ Allied Health professionals in Melbourne and a national network of 50+ consultants, delivering high-quality occupational rehabilitation, return-to-work services, and injury management

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Workplace Rehabilitation services including Same Employer & Vocational Rehab
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations, workplace assessments & vocational assessments
  • Manage return-to-work programs and injury management plans
  • Liaise with employers, insurers, medical professionals & stakeholders
  • Provide evidence-based case management and rehabilitation planning
  • Work across homes, workplaces, clinics and ORS offices

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation / Rehab Consulting
  • Qualification in one of the following:
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Exercise Physiology
  • Psychology
  • Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing skills
  • Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
