Principal Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Kennedy & Partners Recruitment is delighted to be hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our busy and expanding Technology function.

We are expanding our Technology division and are seeking highly motivated and career focused individuals . You will help drive our business strategy forward as we continue to grow and develop our brand and customer base.

We are looking for someone that is driven, ambitious, self -motivated, innovative and has a positive attitude. You will be passionate about building relationships, developing your own personal brand and striving for continued success.

The Role:

• Manage the end to end recruitment process on all open job requisitions
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with all client companies and candidates.
• Actively source and qualify candidates to continuously build a database of qualified candidates
• Place client experience as the top priority and always work towards a seamless delivery
• Continually develop best in class sourcing and talent attraction strategies
• Provide interview preparation and follow up feedback to all candidates engaged in a process
• Responsible for business development and the continued growth of your desk & client base
• Reference checking
• Build a database of hot candidates for future marketing.
• Ensure CRM system is up to date at all times

The Person

• 3 years of experience in Technology recruitment
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Have excellent communication skills and thrive on hitting targets
• Have a strong work ethic and work hard to achieve your goals
