Brunel is expanding in Western Australia and we’re looking for a driven Principal Consultant to lead our commercial construction desk, specialising in white-collar recruitment for Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors and subcontractors. With increasing project demand across health, education, government, and large-scale mixed-use developments, this is a chance to build your own desk in a high-growth sector, backed by the strength of a global brand and the best commission structure in Australia.

This is a 360 role where you'll focus on developing and managing relationships across head contractors and subcontractors, delivering recruitment solutions for key site, project, commercial, and leadership positions. You’ll be joining a national infrastructure business that values autonomy, high performance, and genuine collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across white-collar commercial construction roles
• Win and grow business with Tier 1, Tier 2 builders and subcontractors across WA
• Recruit for key roles such as Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers, Estimators, and Commercial Managers
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates across all project stages
• Maintain strong pipelines and consistent communication across the market
• Leverage national support and brand equity to open new doors

What we’re looking for

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in construction or technical sectors
• Familiarity with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor environments
• Business development capability with a proactive, strategic approach
• Excellent relationship management and candidate care
• Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset
• A self-motivated consultant ready to build something of their own
