Our Healthcare recruitment division, Pulse Mental Health, is expanding and we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Turnford team on the Talking Therapies desk.

In this role, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

  • Source, screen, and interview Mental Health professionals looking for positions.

  • Provide excellent levels of customer service by appreciating the requirements of the role and ensuring this is suitably matched to the candidate.

  • Conduct new business development calls to foster relationships within clients.

  • Account manage clients to build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.

  • Ensure that commercial risk is mitigated through effective interaction with managed/neutral vendors.
