Principal Recruitment Consultant

Location: London Waterloo (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Travel: Every ~6 weeks to key European hubs (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Luxembourg)

What you’ll do

• Lead and grow relationships with top‑tier clients in Frankfurt + Benelux
• Recruit for senior‑level business support roles across Europe
• Drive targeted expansion into new European markets
• Represent Joss Search at events, roundtables and networking opportunities
• Run full-cycle recruitment supported by dedicated Candidate Managers
• Build a high-quality European candidate network with real depth

Who we’re looking for

You’ll thrive here if you’re:

• An experienced, Senior or Principal Agency Recruiter ready to hit the ground running
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial; motivated by building something with huge upside
• Strong on delivery, organisation, relationship‑building and process
• Excited by cross‑border work and international exposure
• (Bonus) Experienced recruiting in Europe
• (Bonus) German-speaking
