
We are seeking a leader with a strong track record leading strategic initiatives, business development deals, and partnerships within the streaming TV advertising ecosystem. This role will work closely with Prime Video and Amazon Ads leadership, senior management across both organizations, product and engineering teams, cross-business-unit teams, and other corporate functions to drive unique partnership opportunities in support of Prime Video advertising's goals.
The role will be responsible for developing the strategy and executing high-impact partnerships on behalf of PVA and in close collaboration with teams across Amazon. This includes managing Prime Video ad partner relationships and negotiations including ad-related work for subscription and channel partners, device and content distributors, ad tech vendors, and emerging technology providers.

Key job responsibilities
Lead Partnership Development: Serve as Prime Video Ads' internal and external primary point of contact for discovering, evaluating, and executing partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Assess and develop new and existing business opportunities, including defining potential business models, evaluating long-term growth prospects, and executing deal processes. Drive multiple high-value partnerships that advance competitive positioning. This includes managing ad-related workstreams and relationships with PV's 3P streaming partners.
Champion Innovation: In support of Prime Video Ads product roadmap, creating differentiated capabilities, and leveraging new technologies such as GenAI, spearhead innovation efforts involving external partners. Work with Product/Tech teams to introduce leading solutions, tools, and processes that keep Prime Video at the forefront of streaming TV advertising.
Maintain and Expand Industry Relationships: Build and sustain productive relationships with partners, distributors, technology firms, and key industry stakeholders to foster innovation and collaboration.
Leadership and Team Development: Initially operate as an individual contributor with strong influence across the organization. Over time, build and mentor a high-performing team.
- 10+ years of professional or military experience
- 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
