We are looking for a senior programme leader for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover starting January 2027. Partnering closely with the Director of Growth Markets, you will connect commercial priorities with execution across product, marketing, and international market initiatives

What You Will Do

  • Translate business priorities into sequenced programme plans with clear milestones, owners, and trade-offs.
  • Represent Growth Markets in Product and Commerce discussions, using customer, market, and commercial evidence to inform priorities.
  • Coordinate launch and migration readiness across Product, Technology, Marketing, CRM, localisation, and Member Services.
  • Facilitate working sessions, clarify ambiguous requests, drive action follow-through, and escalate unresolved blockers.
  • Track risks, delivery dependencies, and assumptions while maintaining a shared portfolio view and executive decision briefs.
  • Coordinate non-working media budget inputs, monthly accruals, invoices, supplier onboarding, and approval workflows

Who You Are

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-functional programmes and delivery management in a digital business.
  • Strong stakeholder leader able to build trust, influence without authority, and hold partners to agreed commitments.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in an unfamiliar portfolio and manage competing priorities with limited supervision.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, translating complex topics into clear recommendations tailored for senior leaders.
  • Solid commercial acumen with confidence using market, customer, and performance evidence to clarify delivery trade-offs.
  • Practical experience coordinating budget records, supplier dependencies, and approval processes with attention to detail.
  • Background in international expansion, localisation, market migrations, e-commerce journeys, or tools like monday.com
