Job Description

RBS ASIN-Experience team is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead Speed Resolution Systems, responsible for eliminating structural delivery speed defects that impact high glance view ASINs.
Speed is a Stores CEO level priority, as delivery promise directly influences whether customers complete their purchase mission. While speed issues are often identified, resolution is fragmented across supply chain placement, replenishment systems, fulfillment readiness, and transportation networks.
This role establishes a new operating model where the team owns the design of resolution mechanisms, proposing scalable solutions, validating them through proof of concept, and driving system level fixes across partner organizations.
As an AI native leader, the Principal will build intelligent resolution frameworks that diagnose speed failures and define how they are corrected at scale, ensuring high intent customer traffic is not lost due to avoidable delivery delays.

Key job responsibilities
The Principal PM will:
Defining how speed defects should be resolved across systems and organizations
Propose structural improvements to inventory placement, replenishment triggers, and fulfillment readiness
Ensure solutions are scalable across categories and marketplaces

Basic Qualifications


- 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
