ASRC Federal is hiring a Program Analyst to be a member of the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Team onsite at Fort Bragg, NC. We are looking for a strong communicator, fast learner, and someone who will thrive in a dynamic administrative environment. Applicants should be skilled in organizing, tracking, scheduling, and maintaining records and programs to support the G6.
This is a demanding position that requires flexibility and change management skills to work as part of a team or independently on daily tasks and various programs with shifting priorities. The Program Analyst provides support in correspondence, presentation development, planning, calendar management, and travel coordination, working in partnership with the Government Sponsor as directed.

Primary Administrative Duties
• Apply knowledge of records management and organizational principles—including details of organizational structure and function—to conduct analysis and evaluation of plans and priorities within the organization.
• Assist G6 staff in processing USASOC G6 training, TMT tasker management, and tracking policy implementation and compliance levels.
• Apply knowledge of operational procedures of personnel programs to track progress in meeting directorate- and division-wide projects utilizing available resources.
• Use communication, teamwork, and customer service skills to suggest and lead innovations that support the efforts of the G6.
• Apply knowledge of office procedures with attention to detail when reviewing and tracking priorities and documentation.
• Administer all phases of document preparation, processing, and review in compliance with general style manuals and policies regarding grammar, sentence structure, capitalization, usage, and established format and distribution requirements.
• Apply fact-finding and presentation techniques utilizing automated office tools to maintain and track data records.
• Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the G6.
• Quickly learn and integrate into the USASOC culture.
• Proficiently use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to produce clear and concise analyses, plans, reports, presentations, memos, and messages.

Additional Duties May Include
• Flexibly accept assignments supporting various aspects of the G6 and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to support all assigned tasks.
• Assist with the development and review of policy administration documentation as requested.
• Assist the Government in generating reports analyzing and assessing performance against standards.
• Assist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.
• Create reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps, and potential issues.
• Track open issues and follow up with issue owners.
• Provide planning support for programs including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.
• Process incoming mail and organize, route, and distribute appropriately.
• Organize meetings and events—virtual or in-person—and assist in planning and preparing agendas and meeting notes as requested.
• Demonstrate experience in the use of portals for document management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of Eight (8) years of relevant administrative, analytical, or program support experience in a government, military, or similar organizational environment or equivalent.
• Experience supporting senior-level staff, managing documentation, and maintaining program schedules.

CLEARANCE LEVEL
• Active Top Secret/ SCI Clearance Required

• Motivated interest in program management, schedule implementation, and timeline tracking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
