The City of Baltimore’s Bureau of Accounting & Payroll Services (BAPS) is seeking a Principal Program Assessment Analyst specializing in Workday Financial Data Management in Accounting and Payroll to support the City’s technology-driven payroll and financial operations. This position plays a critical role in the continued development and maintenance of Workday’s functional workstreams. Under the direction of Finance leadership, the Principal Program Assessment Analyst will be responsible for solution development, troubleshooting, testing, and assurance of internal controls within the Workday environment. The candidate must have demonstrated expertise in system problem-solving, experience collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency through technology solutions, configurations in ERP systems that ensure GAAP and GASB compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
AND
Experience: Seven years of experience in administrative or professional work

Background Check

Probation
All persons, including current City employees, selected for this position must complete a 6-MONTH mandatory probation.
