TITLE: Principal Product Owner MIS
DUTIES: Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the platform and guiding the development of platforms in Platform Engineering Group. Aligns with the Platform Group Leader and the customers in creating a detailed vision and strategy for their platforms and executing the strategy to deliver quality platforms that satisfy customer demands. Working with platform group leaders and customers to define the vision and strategy for the platform. Responsible for defining the roadmap for the platform. Leading a team of product owner(s), architect(s), UX designer(s) and engineering teams to ensure the business, quality and feature goals are met for each release. Responsible for supportability and maintainability of the platforms. Responsible for delivering platforms that deliver business value on an incremental basis by delivering new features, paying off technical debt and addressing the production support issues. Work within Scrum Agile Team (Basic Scrum) process to deliver platforms. Participating in Sprint planning and Sprint reviews & retrospectives. Inspiring and motivating the engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency. Continually improve the teams by using a data driven management approach to delivering platforms.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
SALARY: $164,300 - $264,899 /per year

Main Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field and seven (7) years of experience as a Software Developer or a closely related occupation.
Alternate Education and Requirements In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and seven (7) years of stated experience, the employer will accept nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in lieu of a degree.
