Our multi-year AI strategy focuses not only on delivering product innovation but also driving productivity gains and operational efficiencies. As the Principal Product Owner, you will play a central role in turning our AI strategy into measurable results and help us realize the value of AI at scale

You will lead a cross-functional team across Product, Engineering and Architecture to build the best-in-class AI platform capabilities, and accelerate adoption by cultivating collaborative partnerships with colleagues across Platform, Applications, and Operations

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Developing and maintaining the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on internal strategic alignment, external market insights, customer and partner feedback 

  • Managing the AI product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, prioritized, and actionable for development teams 

  • Leading product development and client adoption of SimCorp’s agent platform, in collaboration with Engineering, Architecture and Product Management 

  • Leading product development and internal adoption of SimCorp’s common AI tech stack, in collaboration with AI development teams across the organization 

  • Supporting Engineering leadership in leading the adoption of AI throughout the entire software development lifecycle

  • Supporting SaaS Operations leadership in executing high-impact AI use cases across operational processes 

  • Leading the development and execution of our AI enablement plan in tight partnership with AI Technology Learning Area 

  • Representing the company as an AI thought leader, speaking at external events and effectively engaging in client discussions

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and business units

  • Experience in building lasting relationships with key stakeholders and driving technology adoption at scale
